Where a reservation is booked with a Free Cancellation option, guests may cancel their reservation without a cancellation charge provided that the cancellation is made within the cancellation period stated at the time of booking.

Cancellations made after the applicable deadline may be subject to the charges stated in the booking conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Reservations

Reservations made under a Non-Refundable rate are generally not eligible for a refund if cancelled.

By selecting a non-refundable rate, the guest acknowledges and accepts the cancellation conditions displayed during the booking process.

4. How to Cancel

If you need to cancel your reservation, please use the cancellation option provided through your booking confirmation or contact us directly.

When contacting us, please provide your booking name and reservation details so that we can locate your booking and assist you promptly.

5. Cancellation by Hnejja Stays

In exceptional circumstances, Hnejja Stays may need to cancel a reservation due to circumstances affecting the availability or suitability of the accommodation.

If we are required to cancel a confirmed reservation, we will contact the guest as soon as reasonably possible and discuss the available options.

6. No-Show

If a guest does not arrive for their reservation and does not contact us, the booking may be treated as a no-show and may be subject to the cancellation conditions applicable to the selected rate.

7. Changes to a Reservation

Requests to change the dates, number of guests or other details of a reservation are subject to availability and may affect the price or cancellation conditions of the booking.
